About Us

As our name implies, “We work with people!” Relate Human Services Pty Ltd is a privately owned company operating within a Social Enterprise framework. This means that any profits from the company are used to support the company’s growth, staff or are invested in building the social capacity of the community. Our business is proud of its workers who are passionate and committed to all people achieving their full potential. We support a number of charities in Australia and overseas as well as social research and professional organisations. In particular we are proud to be a supporter of the Australian College for Child and Family Protection Practitioners and the professional journal Communities, Children and Families Australia. We also support our staff to volunteer in community based organisations and are working towards becoming a carbon-neutral organisation.

Quality

Relate Human Services has achieved licensing under the Queensland Child Protection Act 1999, and is currently undergoing the Disability Services Queensland formal approval process. The company is seeking accreditation for its aged care services and is committed to the Excellence Framework from the Australian Business Council as well as seeking accreditation with the NSW Department of Children’s Services.

Costs

Although our company generally works on a fee for service basis, our prices remain competitive. We understand that most of our clients have many competing demands for their scarce resources so we strive to provide good quality service and value for money.
